For the well-being and safety of our members, employees and community, effective Saturday, March 21st, FRMCU’s branches will accept transactions through Drive-Up Banking ONLY. Branch lobbies will be closed until further notice.

Appointments can be made on a case-by-case basis by calling (508) 678-9028 including access to your Safe Deposit Box.

We strongly encourage members to use our remote banking services whenever possible. FRMCU’s Member Link Plus, Online Loan Applications, and our Mobile App allow Members to do nearly everything they need from home. We ask that you please consider using ATMs to access your cash. FRMCU is part of the ALL Point Network with 55,000 Surcharge-Free ATMs Worldwide.

At Fall River Municipal Credit Union, the health and wellness of our members and staff is our top priority. We are taking direction from the CDC so that we can do our part to lessen the impact of the COVID-19 Virus.

We’re taking a commonsense approach that includes the following:

  • Our facilities team is making every effort to deep clean and sanitize branches, workspaces, common areas and regularly touched surfaces. Still, please exercise care and common sense when visiting us in person.

We appreciate the patience and understanding of our members as we continue to monitor the COVID-19 Virus and respond to changing conditions and possible service interruptions.
