Systems Administrator

Fall River Municipal Credit Union is seeking a talented Systems Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installation/configuration, operation and maintenance of systems hardware and software related to the Credit Union’s infrastructure. This individual will assist in the planning, coordinating, and executing IT-related activities of the Credit Union, as well as provide technical support for daily operational activities. This position maintains enterprise business application systems planning and operation, whether hosted internally or externally; user access/delivery of applications; and interoperability among systems.

Experience & Skills:

The qualified candidate should have an Associate’s degree in technical discipline preferred or equivalent work experience with certifications, 5 Years current IT experience, 3 Years IT hardware and software installation experience.

Working knowledge of:

  • Microsoft Server environment
  • Window operating systems
  • Virtual server technology
  • Office 365 applications and management
  • Active Directory
  • Group Policy
  • VOIP
  • SQL databases
  • IT governance and standards framework

In addition, ability to exercise strong judgement in analyzing, evaluating and solving problems of a technical nature. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Financial institution experience a plus. Valid Driver’s License

Branch Manager

The Fall River Municipal Credit Union is seeking an enthusiastic, goal oriented and experienced banking Branch Manager to supervise the daily branch operations of one of our locations. 

 Responsibilities will include overseeing branch operations, ensuring compliance of state and federal regulations, developing new business within the community and achieving sales goals. Provide exceptional member service and successfully manage and motivate staff. In addition, the candidate will represent the Credit Union through various community activities.

 The qualified applicant should have over 3 year’s bank management experience, strong business development skills as well as customer service skills. You must possess exceptional decision making skills and ability to work with members with product information, opening new accounts and problem resolution. In addition, have strong computer skills and excellent written and verbal communication. Experience taking loan applications is also required.

 

Part-Time Teller

The Fall River Municipal Credit Union is seeking self-motivated, dynamic, goal oriented individuals to fill an available part-time Teller position.  Cash handling and computer experience preferred.  Outstanding customer service skills required.  Must be available to work at any of our locations, including late Thursdays and Fridays and available on Saturdays and Sundays.  The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task, have excellent decision making and problem solving abilities; strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
