Digital Banking Account Deletion

FRMCU values your privacy. Should you decide to discontinue using our digital banking services, you have the right to request the deletion of your digital banking account.  Deletion of your Member Link Plus Digital Banking account will remove access to both desktop and mobile channels. You will continue to have access to your account through your local branch or by phone.

Before requesting the deletion of your digital banking profile, please note that for fraud prevention, security, and compliance purposes, we may retain certain data associated with your digital banking profile even after its deletion.
If you wish to proceed with the removal of your digital banking account profile and no longer wish to access your account through desktop and mobile channels, please notify us using one of these methods:

  • Send a secure email from the Message Center in Member Link Plus with the subject line “Delete My Digital Banking Account”
  • Visit your nearest FRMCU branch and make the request in person
  • Contact us at (508) 678-9028

Once your request has been completed, you will no longer have access to your online digital banking services, including mobile banking.  To re-establish your digital banking services, you will need to re-register.
