Fraudulent emails, phone calls, & text messages

Please be aware that there are many types of scams trying to get your personal, private information from you. Please remember that FRMCU would not ask for our member’s personal, financial, or identifying information over the phone except when the member initiates the contact with us.

FRMCU does not use automated phone systems, text messages, or e-mail asking for ATM Card or Debit Card numbers, personal identification numbers (PINs), login passwords, checking account information, or sensitive personal data.

We warn our members to never give out personal information in answer to email, automated telephone inquiries, or text messages.
