Digital Banking Privacy Policy

The Member Link Plus Desktop and Mobile App (collectively, “Digital Banking Services”) provides you with access to your FRMCU account through your mobile device allowing you to:

  • Check your balances
  • View transactions and statements
  • Perform transfers between accounts
  • Pay bills and manage payees
  • Schedule recurring payments
  • Deposit checks
  • Set up alerts
  • Control Debit and ATM cards

This Policy, along with our standard Privacy Notice and Online Services Agreement, explains FRMCU’s practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of any personal information that we and our service providers collect from or about members through the use of our Digital Banking Services.

Information We Collect

  • Your first and last name, address, email, mobile phone number, email address, and social security number when you create an account.
  • Information we receive on applications or other forms.
  • Financial information necessary to provide you with Digital Banking Services, including account numbers, card numbers, and transaction and payment history.
  • Personal information that you provide in secure message communication concerning your account(s) or technical support for Digital Banking Services.
  • Your computer or mobile device’s operating system type and version, manufacturer and model, browser type, IP address, and location information such as city, state, or geographic area.
  • Information about your interaction with our Digital Banking Services such as your activity on a page or screen, access times, and duration of access.

Security of the Information We Collect

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures in an effort to safeguard the information in our custody and control.  We may share your personal information with third party service providers that perform services for or on behalf of us in providing Digital Banking Services.  Regardless of any choices you make regarding your personal information, we may disclose your personal information to law enforcement, government authorities, and third parties, as required by law for compliance purposes and the protection of our Digital Banking Services.

Data Retention

For fraud prevention, security, and compliance purposes, we may retain certain data associated with your digital banking profile even after its deletion.  If you decide to discontinue your Digital Banking Services, please refer to the information provided here.
